The most remarkable thing about new AIM issue EnCore Oil, an early stage developer and explorer of oil & gas fields in the North Sea, is that it has attracted a management team who have delivered huge gains for shareholders of their previous ventures. So it was hardly surprising that after being introduced to AIM on 3 March by KBC Peel Hunt in a placing at 15.6p, the shares now stand 100% higher, leaving its market value at £64m.
