NCC, the provider of escrow solutions, announced strong H1 results with adjusted operating profit rising 26% to £7.4m on turnover that rose 49% to £33m. Eps was up 25% to 15.2p. Orders and renewals rose 33% to £41m providing strong forward visibility to earnings. The core escrow solutions side sits between a software developer and its licensee, holding critical material (usually source code) that it will release under certain events such as the software developer going bust. In H1 it achieved a 10% rise in revenues to £11.9m, while profits rose 12% to £6.7m.
