The shares have made a strong recovery from post Brexit lows of 155p to 208.5p, helped by the announcement of a 5p special dividend (alongside ordinary 4.8p final), which accompanied its full year results. These showed revenues, pretax profit and eps ahead 3% to £3.1bn, £885m and 17p respectively, a resilient performance considering softer advertising conditions in the run-up and post Referendum.Broadcast & Online (which attracts the largest audience other than the BBC) saw revenues decline 1% to £2,132m with profit down 3%, although within that its high margin Online, Pay & Interactive side grew 23%.ITV Studios, the production business, grew revenues 5% to £1.4bn.Crucially the first four ...
