A pleasing month for the shares, which breached £7 for the first time and are 177p ahead of out tip at 548p in Jan ’16. The surge followed a bullish update for the three months to 31st December, which noted a “good start to the year”, albeit moderated by currency headwinds (weak sterling versus Euro). Ashfield (outsourcing of sales & marketing for pharmaceuticals firms) traded particularly strongly, helped by acquisitions while Sharp (outsourced packaging such as blister packs for pharma) was modestly ahead of a strong comparable period, with its new Allentown facility in the US increasing activity levels nicely.Significantly, guidance for the current year ending September is for constant currency eps growth of 13-16%, albeit s ...
