Shares in CRC which repairs mobile phones on behalf of cellular operators, moved higher after announcing  on 15 July that trading was ahead of expectations.  In the light of that announcement, broker, Collins Stewart, has raised its expectation to a 30% increase in profit and earnings this year.   CRC already has aformidable track record which has been assisted by an acquisitionstrategy.  In the three years to December 2001 turnover more thantripled from £30.2m to £98.1m, with pretax profit up from £0.8m to£5.8m and earnings increasing from 4.2p to 18p.  This growth hasbeen assisted by the fact that the UK is one of the worst nations whenit comes to problems with mobile phones.   The ...
