Tribal has announced two more acquisitions along with its finalresults for the year to 31 March.  Larger of the two deals isNightingale Associates, the largest  healthcare architecturalpractice in the UK. The smaller acquisition, Malcolm Judd, providesplanning and property consultancy to the education sector.  Thesecompanies cost a combined £10m upfront and £10.2m deferred, based onfuture performance. Tribal’s turnover,  pretax profit and earnings were £45.7m,£8.1m and 14.2p, respectively, largely as expected.
