Shares in Photo-Me have put in another sparkling performance, takingits gains to a magical 317% since we slotted it into our portfolio at 23.5p just six months ago.  The catalyst for the latest rise was the announcement that Photo-Me will sub-contract the manufacturing of an initial 1,800 digital minilabs to Flextronics at its facility in Poland.  Production is expected to start towards the end of the year with an initial  run rate of 200 units a month (double the current run-rate), although we expect this to increase to at least 300 once everything is bedded down.   Considering that demand forPhoto-Me's minilabs substantially exceeds supply, this agreement will have an extremely positive impact on the profit pot ...
