Shares in Wembley have rallied a sharp 190p since April  because of unconfirmed newspaper reports that fund manager, Active Value, which bought a 22.4% stake in June, is considering negotiating amanagement buyout.   Elsewhere, Wembley has announced thatthe State of Rhode Island will only allow it to keep 27% of therevenues generated by its video lottery terminal operation in LincolnPark, Rhode Island as from 1 July 2003.  Analysts had originallythought it would only fall to 29% in three years time.  However,this bitter pill is sugared by the fact that Rhode Island State haspreviously granted Wembley a major extension to this operation, whichshould be open by 2005 and will generate a step increase in ear ...
