Inspace, which maintains and repairs properties in the social housing and corporate sectors, could generate substantial gains for those prepared to tuck it into the bottom drawer for a few years. The fact that the shares have roared ahead following their AIM debut on 26 May at 108p should not come as any surprise given that demand in the social housing sector is literally going through the roof. This reflects the government's desire to throw huge sums of money into improving the creaking fabric of its network of social homes, a job that is likely to generate large volumes of business until well into the next decade.
