Synergy�s AGM noted that the current year has started in line with expectations but of more interest was the announcement that it has made a recommended cash offer of �8.7m for AIM-listed Shiloh (129p) a supplier of continence care, mobility and rehabilitation, infection prevention and wound management products. The most attractive part of Shiloh is clearly infection prevention, which provides similar surgical sterilisation services to Synergy and like Synergy, it is also on the short-list for a number of NHS contracts relating to the Government�s National Decontamination program.
