Burren Energy (FT Sector: Oil & Gas), which owns oil exploration & production assets in Turkmenistan and Congo, has experienced quite extraordinary growth on the back of soaring prices. In the last five years net income has increased from £4.7m to £127m, with average production for last year having reached a whopping 34,240 barrels of oil per day (bopd).
