MWB Business Exchange has made good progress in expanding its estate with leases over three more offices being acquired, adding an additional 87,000 sq. ft. of space, 980 workstations and taking the number of centres to 57. All three are located in central London and include the former Basil Street Hotel in Knightsbridge, which will be converted into a 34,000 sq. ft. business centre following a major refurbishment. The second new unit is a building in Old Broad Street (also 34,000 sq. ft), right next door to Liverpool Street station, while the third is a 18,500 sq. ft. site in the landmark city tower building at Basinghall Street.
