Workspace - Flexible office space provider sees NAV rocket

For a company that provides flexible office space to businesses, Workspace might sound a rather prosaic business but as the chart shows the shares have proved a sure fire winner, rising from 131p in early 2009 to the current 595p. The key reason for such gains has been Workspaces decision to focus exclusively within London, home to 8.3m people and more than 840,000 private sector businesses.
