At various stages we’ve tipped Barratts (BDEV, 621p), Berkeley Homes (BKG, 3224p) and Persimmon (PSN, 1954p) but the only one entering our TMI Trader Portfolio has been Crest Nicholson, which focuses on the buoyant southern region, where incomes and jobs have risen faster than elsewhere.While Crest’s shares have nearly doubled since our original recommendation at 275p in April ‘13, we believe there’s a lot more to come following the Tories shock ...
