The shares briefly spiked to £6 after it achieved promotion to the Small Cap index and while they have since fallen back news flow remains positive with record final results being posted. For the year ended 31 March turnover, pretax profit and eps rose 50%, 33% and 37% to £36.2m, £8.9m and 25.8p. Net debt was £65m (net debt / EBITDA: 3.4x), leaving £28.7m un-used facilities.The company provides gas suppliers with technically advanced meters that allow their industrial & commercial customers (I&C) to receive information about their energy usage so they can change their usage patterns to make efficiencies and savings.
