Optimal has announced that trading remains strong. Completion of the Skrill acquisition remains subject to regulatory approval by the FCA and is expected to be no later than 30 July.The stubborn share price weakness is puzzling but completion of the deal will be the trigger for Optimal to seek admission to the Main market and expected entry to the FTSE-250, which will attract the tracker funds.If the shares remain anywhere near current oversold levels after the deal completes, we would be tempted to add more.
