Telecom Plus, the reseller of gas, electricity, mobile, fixed line and broadband services, announced results in line with previously reduced expectations. These note revenues, pretax profit and eps rising 11%, 23% and 9% respectively to £729m, £52.2m and 53.0p, with the impact from gas leakage as expected at £6m. The dividend rose 14% to 40.3p while net debt was £52.5m, below forecasts of £74m.Helped by a reduction in customer churn to an all-time low of 11.2% (from 16.3% in FY’11) the number of services provided by its Utility Warehouse brand rose 11% to 2.1m with 58,753 (2014: 40,544) residential members now taking all five services.
