Shares in flexible office space provider Workspace soared to a new high of 978p, to stand almost 400p above our tip price, following results that were slightly ahead of expectations.Workspace, which focuses exclusively within London, increased net asset value (NAV) per share by a massive 42% to 703p, driven by a 30% valuation uplift to £328m and £137m increase in completed projects and refurbishments.Adjusted trading profit after interest rose 30% to £26.6m, while eps increased 24% to 17.2p.
