The shares have moved ahead nicely to 722p following final results, which were slightly ahead of expectations. Revenues jumped 24% to £785m (beating Liberum’s forecast of £744m) while pretax profit rose 21% to £112.4m. Eps also beat forecasts of 25.9p with growth of 22% to 26.5p. Net debt increased from £176m to £261m, as expected given the acquisition of USP and stakes in the digital businesses.
