Discount retailer B&M produced another strong set of results for the year ended March with sales, pretax profit and eps all rising 22%, 25% and 30% to £2.98bn, £229m and 18.6p, respectively.In the UK, EBITDA grew 17.5% to £262m while it opened 47 new B&M stores (39 net of relocations and closures) and at least another 45 are planned for the current year.
