After a lengthy delay DX has appointed a new auditor, PKF Littlejohn, which has commenced the audit of the delayed report and accounts (period end 3rd July 2021) without delay. DX was suspended on 4th January because of the lateness in publishing the above accounts. On a more positive note, on 7th July, DX said trading for the year just ended has been significantly ahead of management expectations. The swing factor has been Freight with new business wins, productivity improvements and the easing of customer supply chain problems supporting 15% revenue growth.
