Following  a spattering of mergers & acquisitions, along with a pipeline of flotations not seen since the heady days of early 2000, shares in PR to marketing services group,  Incepta, have livened up in recent weeks, touching a new high of 131p, before a slight pull-back.  Last time we briefly touched on them, following publication of their interim results.  While the numbers were uninspiring, with a 32% drop in operating profit to £7.4m, from an 8% dip in turnover to £122m,  Incepta has since noted an increase in levels of pitching activity.  Crucially,  its finances are on a much firmer footing, following its program of cost cuts and its £28m rights issue.  We feel this c ...
