At its AGM on 10 October, Hargreaves Services noted that trading in Q1 has been in line with expectations with the integration of Norec proceeding well and already producing synergy gains from the combined customer base. Meanwhile, Hargreaves’ order book has continued to grow with several existing contracts being renewed or extended while new business has also been gained, particularly for mineral supply to the generators. Following the sale of 800,000 shares by large shareholder Robert Young, the share price has under-performed reflecting fears of a stock overhang.
