House broker KBC Peel Hunt finally released a short broker notefollowing MWB Business Exchange’s interim results. The key pointsincluded that its main markets of London’s West End and the Citycontinue to be strong and it reckons that letting prices will risearound 8-9% this year, while it also notes the continuing de-risking ofits business model given the reduced dependence on single clients.Another positive was the strong cash generation in H1 of £7.1m, whichrepresents 75% of last year’s operating cash flow.
