A strong set of results from online market research firm YouGov hashelped the shares launch into a strong rally. For the year ended 31July, turnover increased 51% to £14.3m, while pretax profit rose 39% to£5.7m. Eps increased 36% to 6.1p. Net cash stood at £4.1m.In the UK revenues grew 65% to £7.9m, with pretax profit increasing42% to £2.7m, driven by YouGov’s focus on its complementary productssuch as BrandIndex, Omnibus and its bespoke offering. Its Middle Eastoperation also performed well with turnover rising 39% to £6.4m andpretax profit increasing 43% to £2.8m, driven by a combination of theSiraj acquisition and new client wins.
