Escrow solutions provider NCC has announced that trading for the period from 1 June to 16 October has remained in line with expectations. While typically the quietest trading period, group revenues are nevertheless 29% ahead of the previous year, of which organic growth was 16.4%. NCC's core escrow solutions business provides a key plank of a company's disaster recovery strategy. This involves NCC sitting between a software developer and its licencee, holding critical material (usually source code), which it will release under certain “trigger events†such as if the developer goes bust or fails to maintain the software.
