The shares moved towards their high after it disclosed net loans and advances grew £986m to £4.9bn for the first nine months, driven by further strong organic expansion. As a result full year growth should be “ a few percentage points ahead of the 29% loans growth in 2014.” In Q3 lending increased by £548m split roughly 80:20 between buy-to-let (BTL) and residential mortgages and full year net interest margin is expected to be “slightly ahead” of the 3.05% delivered in H1 ’15.Cost to income ratio remains very strong and slightly higher than the 26% in H1 ’15 due to planned infrastructure investment.
