Shares in AIM-listed Patisserie Holdings, which operates a chain of 156 branded café and dining outlets, have enjoyed a terrific run since their float in May last year but we think there’s a lot more to come.The business trades through four branded formats with its mainstay being Patisserie Valerie, a part patisserie part café concept originally founded in London’s Soho district by Belgian born Madame Valerie back in 1926.
