Photo-Me released another pleasing update with turnover improving 18% and pretax profit 14% in its first four months, reflecting its investment program and favourable currency movements. However, increased depreciation charges from that investment has persuaded analysts not to upgrade forecasts just yet. Nevertheless, we still believe that the substantial drop in sterling against the Yen and Euro makes upgrades virtually inevitable.Overall, Photo-Me said its photobooth side and laundry businesses are performing well.
