A strong update from Premier noted forecast full year production is expected to be at the upper end of 75-80,000 barrels oil equivalent per day guidance. For the ten months ended 31st October it was 79,400 boepd, with giant North Sea field Catcher delivering 69,000 boepd gross (34,500 boepd net) thanks to amazing operational efficiency of almost 100%. Incremental production will come from the new Big-P field in Indonesia (first gas by year end) and Catcher area satellites are targeting first oil in early 2021. Tolmount, the next big leg, should come on stream at end 2020 adding a net 20-25,000 boepd, with recent discovery Tolmount East targeting project sanction in H2 2020, by which time there’s every prospect that production will break ...
