In an unexpected development Hunting has reduced its full year EBITDA guidance by 8% at the midpoint to US$123-126m blamed on “US onshore sentiment  reducing,  lower client activity” ...most notably in its troublesome short cycle perforating systems (Hunting Titan), which will likely lead to a goodwill reduction in its value. This has been blamed on lower US oil prices and uncertainty ahead of the US election leading to project reviews. As a result, the order book fell 7% to US$652m. In positive contrast, year end net cash is now anticipated to be c.US$60-70m, or +42% at the mid-point vs previous expectations  due to “acceleration of receivables in respect of the KOC contracts.” HTG has also concluded a new US$300m  borrowing faci ...
