Topps Tiles - Largest UK tile retailer well-placed to benefit from falling interest rates

I find it remarkable that shares in Topps Tiles, the UK’s largest specialist supplier and distributor of tiles and associated products to the UK’s domestic and commercial markets, are still trading at 42.5p - so far below their all-time peak of 373p. Despite recent volume declines in the market and regional peers facing administration, Topps has successfully achieved record revenue in each of the last three years. Now, three factors are working firmly in its favour. First, the UK tile market has faced continued pressure over the past 12-18 months, driven by weakness in the RMI market as consumers delay big-ticket projects.
