City Centre has made a recommended take-over offer for Ask Central, the terms of which are 66p in cash and 1.54 shares in City Centre for each Ask share.  At City Centre's current price of 76.5p this makes the offer worth 184p per Ask share.  However, this could be trumped by TDR Capital, the owner of Pizza Express, which has announcedit is considering pitching an offer higher than 177p a share.  Theshares have made a handy  39% gain in 8 months, since we made thema front page write up last June.
