Fresh from securing two excellent acquisitions in the red hot landfill sector for their AIM shell, Augean, which was the subject of our front page write-up last month, talismanic deal makers David Williams and Mark Watts have just introduced a brand new shell, Zetar, to the market. After 750,000 shares were placed at 100p on 6 January, raising just £675,000 net of expenses and valuing the company at £775,000, Zetar made an electrifying debut and is now 158% above its placing price. Investors clearly believe that Williams and Watts, who along with chief executive, Ian Blackburn, have between them subscribedfor nearly 35% of the share capital, are hungry enough to build up Zetar into another substantial  business.
