Tarsus - Low PE of 3.6 belies ‘must-have’ nature of events

Tarsus has updated positively, with like-for-like revenues growing 8%, excluding the benefit of currency movements.Commenting on its biggest events, Tarsus noted that the Business Aviation Show in Dubai, which was held last November, produced profits ahead of expectation as revenues trebled over the equivalent event in 2007 and elsewhere, the India Label Show in Delhi, held in early December, grew dramatically. Meanwhile the French division (primarily Heavant and Educatec) has been slightly better than expected since the last update on 3 November. However, the Las Vegas Anti-ageing event in December (the largest in the medical division) produced marginally lower revenues than 2007. Broker Investec has left forecasts ...
