A superb run to a new high of 450p at one point (although they have since retraced) after Patisserie released results strong enough to trigger broker upgrades.For the year ended 30 September revenues, pretax profit and eps rose 20%, 29% and 12% respectively to £91.9m, £14.6m and 11.3p.The core Patisserie Valerie (116 stores) increased sales 23% to £51.1m while profit rose 24% to £10.9m. It was boosted by a new winter and afternoon tea menu and the launch of “create a cake” on its website.
