Shares in Belvoir have nearly doubled from their lows after the UK’s largest property franchise group announced trading ahead of its pre-Covid expectations. In the 10 months to end October, both the property and financial services divisions achieved year-on-year growth in gross profit of 10% and 11%, respectively. Management services fee (MSF) income from lettings was up on 2019 and MSF from sales was level. The impact of lockdown has also been mitigated by the acquisition of Lovelle estate agency franchise network and strong recovery in property sales in H2.
