Belvoir, the property franchise group, announced trading ahead of expectations for the 10 months ending October, its FOURTH beat this year! Growth was strong across the board with property gross profit up 29%. Lettings was driven by a very active rental market with increasing rents for new tenancies as well as March’s acquisition of Nicholas Humphreys, a student lettings network. Housing sales benefited from “the strongest market for property transactions since 2007.” Financial Services gross profit rose 39%, supported by mortgage adviser numbers rising from 202 to 245 over the ten months (22 organically and 21 from the acquisition of Nottingham Mortgage Services).
