In February we recommended shares in Haynes Publishing, at101p  and the shares have climbed to 134p, following a flow ofgood news.  The group, which is the world-wide market leader inpublishing manuals to help DIY enthusiasts carry out routinemaintenance, restoration and servicing of cars and motorbikes, has justannounced that its first half, to 30 November 2002, has materiallyexceeded expectations.  This reflects unusually heavy purchasingpatterns in the US (its biggest market) as well as the success of somerecently launched manuals.
