Shares in Jarvis, a provider of support services in transport andaccommodation, are an old TMI favourite.  We first tipped them inApril 2001 at 290p  and they went on to reach a high of 575p,before falling through our 450p  stop-loss. Jarvis has greatly benefited from the vision of chiefexecutive, Paris Moayedi, who took over in 1994 and refocused the thenlow margin shop fitting and construction group into one supplyinginfrastructure services (76% profit) in roads and rail andaccommodation services (20% profit) to the education and healthsectors.  Both of these sectors have benefited from significantincreases in government spend.
