Toys, games and digital cameras group, Character, is rapidly establishing itself as  a firm favourite for TMI subscribers.  After originally recommending them at just 31p in December 2002 we subsequently predicted they would become a top performer in 2003.  How right we were, with the shares steaming ahead by  a massive 371%.  But, following a recent meeting with several key directors, just after some  forecast busting final results, we suspect there could be yet more fireworks to come in 2004.
