Lavendon, which rents out powered access equipment such as scissor lifts to the construction industry, has put out a resilient statement, noting that revenues for the 10 months to 31 October have increased 36% while there was a good improvement in operating margins. Net debt is currently £260m, while the group has secured a new five-year £180m borrowing facility and also has a further £120m leasing and hire purchase facility.The performance was quite good across the board with the UK seeing 26% sales growth year-on-year and the Middle East enjoying 27% growth.
