Escrow solutions provider NCC has announced the acquisition of Next Generation Security Software (NGSS) for an initial £5.2m, rising to a maximum of £10m. NGSS, which is based in Sutton in Surrey, is a security and testing firm, which provides services for a range of public and private organisations to ensure their systems, networks and websites are secure. In the year to 31 May it made a profit before tax of £0.5m. Interim results are expected on 22 January and should be in line with expectations. Keep holding. ...
