Good news from Tarsus' largest event, the biennial Dubai Airshow in November, which was a major success with revenues materially ahead of the previous edition. Its second largest event, Labelexpo Europe (also a biennial), produced like-for-like sales growth of 14%, while the 80% re-booking rate  for the next event also exceeded expectations. In the US the Off-Price show in Las Vegas was slightly ahead, while in Medical, the San Jose event saw higher margins compensate for lower sales, reflecting the shift to medical education and training.  Net debt has reduced from £34.8m to £32.6m and with the last major earn-out now paid in full, it should reduce further in 2010.
