Hargreaves Services - Prospective PE still just 7.5

In its pre-close update for the six months to 30 November Hargreaves noted that results are expected to be in line. On the production side underground production at Maltby (previously a bug bear) has improved following a slow start, while the coke markets remain strong and it should achieve its price targets. Meanwhile, the Energy & Commodities side saw growth in line with expectations both in Europe and the UK, while it hopes a planning decision in respect of the Tower Colliery project will be made early in the New Year. Net debt and cash generation targets should also be met, while interim results will be announced 21 February.
