Very strong interims fully justify our decision to re-recommend Photo-Me at 37p last August. During the six months to 31 October Photo-Me increased EBITDA by nearly 6% to £30m, while pretax profit rose 25% to £14m. Eps was up 69% to 2.3p and net cash soared from £8.1m to £29.4m.The powerhouse was its operations division, which comprises its estate of 44,200 coin operated vending machines where sales increased 3% to £97.1m while operating profit rose 32% to £15.4m.
