Finding a successful formula in the world of fashion can bring staggering riches to investors. For instance, in the UK shares in Ted Baker, famous for its loud and quirky designs, have rocketed from £6 to more than £22 since 2011 while across the pond in the US shares in “preppy†retailer Abercrombie & Fitch have risen seven-fold between 2000-2007. Another clothing firm that has the look of a â€multi-bagger†is Supergroup, which has chiselled a niche selling T-shirts, hooded tops and jackets with a novel mix of American fabrics fused with Japanese design.
