Telford Homes, a residential housebuilder specialising in the redevelopment of sites within Central and East London, is unusual in that it is totally exposed to the Capital, where a spike in house price inflation and property transactions have made for a heady cocktail of booming conditions. The shares have been a delight for investors, rising from 184p to 337p this year but after a second upgrade to forecasts in only two months they still trade on an inexpensive forward PE of 14.2 in the year to next March, falling to 12.6 in 2015 and then 10.4 in 2016.
