The shares hit a new high of 838p over the month while interims were also strong with pretax profit and eps rising 30% and 16%, respectively, to £23.9m and 15.1p. Net bank debt was £277m, making for a loan to value of just 26%. Income covered debt interest 6.2 times (2014: 4.2 times).The power came from a 4.1% increase in like-for-like occupancy at its 70 stores as at 30 September 2015. Its 56 stores that were opened pre-2007 grew occupancy from 75% to 78.3%, while its 11 stores opened post-2007 rose from 70.7% to 73.9%.
