Easyjet - Should benefit from oil price fall

Following its profit guidance upgrade last month, Easyjet duly announced an 18% jump in pretax profit to £686m on turnover up 4% to £4.7bn. Pretax margin jumped from 12.8% to 14.6% while return on capital employed increased 170 basis points to 22.2%. Eps rose 21.5% to 139.1p, with the dividend up the same amount to 55.2p although there wasn’t a special.Revenue per seat rose 1.5% year-on-year while capacity grew 5% to 75 million seats.
